Our restaurant is lunch table for professionals of all sectors and meeting place to end the evening with good food and drinks. On the à la carte menu the regional cuisine predominates but we regularly offer specialties from the international cuisine. On our menu you will also find various vegetarian alternatives. We will be happy to prepare for you certain dishes vegan as well as lactose-free and gluten-free. Our culinary offer is a variety that is appreciated by regulars and travelers alike!
The annual cycle in the Rupertigau ** describes the specialty weeks, in which your host and chef Matthias conjures up special delicacies of the seasonal cuisine. In the beginning of the year a variety of fish specialties is offered to you followed by wild garlic and asparagus dishes in spring.
In summer, Matthias’ Argentinean Steak Weeks are eagerly awaited until the autumn and the winter are seasoned with traditional farmer’s delicacies, game weeks and goose and chicken specialties. With Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s menus, the new year starts full of epicurean delights …

Whether sausage, vegetarian options like cheese and eggs or even vegan variants such as freshly cut fruit and antipasti, for instance, among other things, dried tomatoes – there is something for everyone. If you suffer from food intolerances, please let us know when making your reservation and we will prepare further lactose- and gluten-free alternatives for you.
Breakfast in Salzburg as a day guest? You are welcome to enjoy our breakfast buffet even if you do not stay with us. No matter if on the weekend or during the week.
For our hotel guests the buffet is already included in the room price. For daily or non-hotel guests, the price is € 10 per person.
